CDA will participate in FOCUS New York, taking place in Chelsea Industrial, NYC from May 21–24. This marks CDA’s first participation in an art fair in New York, as well as our first official introduction to the U.S. market.
We have been paying close attention to FOCUS New York for its vision of connecting and highlighting Asian contemporary art within the global market. Through the works of three artists, DuRi Baek, JaeBum Joo, and SoYeong Kim, each of whom has developed a distinct visual language, we hope to introduce the sensibility and current flow of contemporary Korean art to audiences in New York.

씨디에이는 오는 5월 21일부터 24일까지 뉴욕에서 열리는 아트페어 포커스 뉴욕에 참여합니다. 이번 참여는 씨디에이의 첫 뉴욕 아트페어이자, 미국 시장에 처음으로 소개되는 자리이기도 합니다.
우리는 아시아 컨템포러리 아트를 글로벌 시장에 새롭게 연결하고 조명하는 포커스 뉴욕의 방향성에 주목해왔습니다. 각기 다른 조형 언어를 구축해 온 백두리, 주재범, 김소영 작가의 작업을 통해, 동시대 한국 미술이 지닌 감각과 흐름을 뉴욕 현장에서 소개하고자 합니다.
